Toshihiro Tsuruta

Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Hosei University. Mr. Tsuruta began his career in San Francisco in 1989. He then moved to Hong Kong in 1992, where he developed and managed an apparel business. In 2004, he founded BAX Co., Ltd., which became affiliated with the UNIVA Group in 2011. That same year, he was appointed Director of UNIVA CAPITAL Hong Kong Limited and Chairman of UNIVA (Guangzhou) Trading Co., Ltd. In 2020, he was appointed Director of UNIVA CAPITAL Holdings Limited, Representative Director of UNIVA Asset Management Limited, and Representative Director of UNIVA Trade Corporation.

Peggy Law

Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) Master of Corporate Governance. HKICPA member. Ms Peggy began to work in UNIVA Group in 2008. She was appointed as Director of UNIVA CAPITAL Hong Kong Limited in 2018 and Director of UNIVA Marketing Limited in 2019.
